Multiple long-term and short-term full-time vacancies available up to 2 years.
The Administration Support Officer is accountable to the Manager, Injury Management through the Payroll and Admin team leader for the provision of effective and efficient confidential, administrative, and payroll support services specifically utilising knowledge and understanding of compensation requirements. This role will contribute to the achievement of SAPOL compensation scheme objectives in particular.
This role may be required to provide Administrative Support service to the Health, Safety and Welfare Branch. This will include providing efficient, highly confidential and professional secretarial, clerical and Administrative Support service to assist in achieving an effective level of Branch performance, and for providing support in the administration of the Police Dependants Fund.
Special Conditions
- The incumbent must hold a current Australian work eligibility status and will be subject to a criminal history check.
- The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.
- Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.
- The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL’s iEngage program.
Salary
ASO2 - $57,842 - $62,221 per annum.
