The Campus Support Officer is a newly formed role based at our Kent Town Campus.
The Campus Support Officer role is an integral supportive, results driven and performance based role within the organisation and is a contributor to the smooth running of day-to-day functioning of the City Campus for Your Learning Portal.
The Campus Support Officer works closely with the Campus Coordinator in relation to core functions of the business as they relate to the campus and student activities by remaining:
- Compliant with any state or federal legislation governing our Service Delivery;
- In accordance with industry best practice;
Key responsibilities
- Working cooperatively with all staff members to achieve the business goals
- First point of contact for service providers and general queries for the business.
- Directing and answering questions, queries and emails as required for the business.
- Utilising the online booking to book CPD and Accredited Training Sessions for trainers and students.
- Complete and deliver certificates to service providers and students for both CPD and Accredited Training Sessions.
- As requested provide quotes to Service Providers for training sessions
- Printing and compilation of training materials
- Maintenance and upkeep of all training equipment including training boxes, supplies and stock items
- Cooperatively liaise with the CEO to ensure that business opportunities are followed up and developed
- Documentation and reporting activities commensurate with compliance, legislation and organisational policy
- Attend the monthly Compliance and Governance Meetings and contribute relevant information that pertains to the role and business activities
- Working cooperatively with the Campus Coordinator to support the delivery of data and data outcomes on either a monthly or annual basis to ensure that governance activities are conformant
- Supporting the smooth running of the business via use of the systems and processes in place
- Work cooperatively with the Campus Coordinator to collect and collate data from Survey Monkey and Google Reviews in preparation for the Campus Coordinator to enter into the Incident Management System
- Work cooperatively with the CEO and Campus Coordinator to prepare for endorsement and accreditation meetings and audits
