Administrator - 1Place

We are seeking a talented Administrator with expertise in 1Place to join our superstar team! In this specialised role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation and optimisation of our 1Place platform, enabling Imagine to in view compliance in real time and to stay on top of workplace activities.

About the role

Our specialised 1Place Administrator will be responsible for:

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining our 1Place system
• Responding to user requests for technical assistance
• Monitoring system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
• Implementing security measures to safeguard systems and data
• Collaborating with other IT professionals to ensure smooth and reliable operation of systems
• Upgrading systems with new releases and models
• Developing and maintaining documentation related to system configuration, processes, and procedures
• Providing technical support and feedback to end-users as needed
• Training of new users to the system

About you

• Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role
• Proficiency in 1Place digital compliance platform or any compliance platform (desirable, but not essential)
• Sound knowledge using Windows operating systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
