- Providing administrative support to the department
- Handle internal and external enquiries
- Prepare letters and other correspdonace
- Liaise with the purchaser and provide them updates
- Maintaining client files database
- Providing administrative support
- Photocopying, filing and data entry
- Assisting with the preparation and processing of land sale contracts
- Following up finance approvals and land settlements weekly in accordance with contract conditions
- Preparation of company reports
- Assisting the department with the management of developments from concept through to onsite delivery
- Assisting relevant stakeholders in preparation for land releases
- Responding to client, sales agents and building consultant queries as efficiently as possible
- Other general administrative duties as required
