Our client is searching for an experienced Administrator with a strong skillset in organisation, detail-oriented and committed to providing exceptional client experiences.
The Role:
As an Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
Providing a range of administrative and business support across various business departments;
Liaising with stakeholders and customers and coordinating meetings and forums;
Ensuring all enquiries are responded to in a timely and efficient manner;
Undertaking mailroom processing;
Undertaking a range of call centre and helpdesk activities;
Ensuring that visitors and staff are greeted in a friendly, courteous and professional manner; and made aware of our safety policies and security procedures; and
Assisting with meeting rooms set up, catering and food preparation and clearing away as required.
About U:
To be successful within this position, you will also possess the following:
At least one years' experience working within a similar role;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Exceptional organisational and time management skills;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools; and
A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
