The Australian College of Audiology (ACAud) is a Practitioner Professional Body (PPB) whose membership is made up of Hearing Care Professionals, both Audiometrists and Audiologists.
We are looking for an experienced administration superstar with a “Can Do” attitude to join our small but friendly, hardworking team!
This newly created role is a part time position (casual) of 2-3 days supporting the Secretariat and would require flexibility to cover leave when required.
Brisbane based (Spring Hill, QLD)

Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing membership enquiries
- Liaising with members
- Processing new membership applications
- Arranging examinations
- Membership renewals and competency certificates
- Managing internship program
Operational support:
- Data entry and file management
- Preparing materials for various stakeholders
- Managing emails and correspondence
- Answering incoming calls
