We are searching for someone to join our team! No prior aviation experience necessary - we will provide the necessary training. We are looking for someone to fulfill a fulltime role as a Logistics Administrator for our Sunshine Coast facility. In this role you will be handing stock, shipping and receiving, communicating and coordinating with fellow staff and customers, and a few other administration activities. Computer skills are an absolute must for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the shipping and receiving of aircraft components and parts.
- Correspondence through telephone and emailing with customers, suppliers and fellow staff.
- Ensure timely delivery of components to meet customer and operational deadlines.
- Coordinate shipping pick up times.
- Sourcing and purchasing.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and shipment details.
- Assisting Sales Manager.
- Handling stock and managing bin locations.
- Data entry in Aerotrack software.
- Ability to work independently and communicate with others effectively.
- Maintain work environment.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.
