Embody Movement is a Physiotherapy practice with a focus on exceptional client care, as well as maintaining a positive workspace for our entire team. Those suitable for a position within Embody Movement resonate with our values of Community and Connection, Safety, Self transformation and Love.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and organised administrator to join our team. This role plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice by managing administrative tasks efficiently and effectively and ensuring all patients receive the highest level of care and support throughout their journey with us. This role will be between 20-30 hours a week.

At Embody Movement, we prioritise:

Client-Centred Care: We believe in the importance of connection, comfort, and kindness in healthcare. Join us in creating positive change in our patients' lives, not just by reducing pain and improving function, but also by providing opportunities for personal growth and connection. We are creating pathways for support beyond the clinic room, enabling you to create real change in your patients’ lives.

Staff Wellbeing: Your happiness and wellbeing are our priority. We offer a supportive, fun, and fulfilling work environment where you can thrive both personally and professionally. Enjoy flexible hours, high remuneration with bonus incentives, and a clear career pathway within the business.

Culture of Excellence: Join a team of top practitioners and administrators who value continued learning, collaboration, and mutual support. We foster a culture of mentorship and growth, where egos are left at the door, and every team member is valued for their unique contributions.

World-Class Facilities: Work in beautiful, well-equipped spaces designed with comfort and effectiveness in mind. Our facilities reflect our commitment to providing the best possible care for our clients and a comfortable workspace for our team.

Innovative Vision: Be part of an organisation that is driven to pioneer change in healthcare. Our innovative vision aims to empower individuals to achieve optimal health through compassion, connection, and continual self-transformation. We are driving change through developing the first Allied Health Rheumatology services on the Sunshine Coast, creating processes to support clients between consults and prioritising exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments.

Greet and assist patients during check-in, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately completed.

Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions, delivering precise information and support.

Maintain patient records with strict adherence to confidentiality and privacy protocols.

Collaborate with insurance providers to process patient billing and claims promptly and accurately.

Liaise with referrers, and healthcare professionals to facilitate efficient patient care coordination.

Execute administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and inventory management to uphold clinic efficiency.

Support clinicians with administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Processing patient accounts, including Medicare, DVA, and other healthcare funds.

Conducting end-of-day reconciliation and banking tasks.

Undertaking other general office duties as required to support the smooth functioning of the clinic.

Key Requirements:
