We are a dynamic company offering a fast-paced and supportive environment.  We have an exciting opportunity for a Administrator with a can-do attitude and keen eye for detail.

Duties will Include, but are not limited to; General day to day ad hoc tasks Weekly timesheet  Leasing with crew and supervisors onsite  Organising, updating qualifications, inductions and liaising with training providers Managements of the compliance Matrix  Checking personnel files for necessary updates and following up on out-of-date documentation required for workers’ job roles Be solution-oriented, consistently looking for ways to improve processes and procedures Liaising with the Category 5 Superintendent/Supervisors and actioning any requests in a timely manner Acts and communicates with integrity  To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following: Previous experience in similar administrative role  Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Used to working in fast paced work environments

Have intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Be exceptionally organised, with a strong ability to multi-task and priorities under pressure Have good interpersonal and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills What we can offer you: Category 5 is a company that values their people.
