Your new role
In this role you will be working full-time hours, providing administration support to the office team. In this role your responsibilities will be the following:
- Pro-actively provide a wide range of reception and administration support to the leadership team
- Flexibility and attention to detail to ensure the required administrative services are available in a timely manner
- Support the operation in tender organisation, compiling documents and information for submission
- Assist with email monitoring
- Adapting and collaborative to support different teams when needed with administration functions
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have the following:
- Highly proficient in the use of MS word, excel and PowerPoint software
- Must have experience in "InDesign"
- Excellent planning and organising skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Display a strong sense of teamwork and pro-actively seek to assist and work well with others
What you'll get in return
