This role is ideal for someone passionate about IT infrastructure management and eager to advance their career.Key Responsibilities:

• Citrix Environments: Manage and maintain Citrix environments, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
• SCCM Deployment: Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot SCCM environments, handling MDM, patch management, and system updates.
• Network Infrastructure: Oversee SD-WAN and LAN infrastructure, including Cisco Switching and Routing systems.
• Webex Calling: Administer Webex Calling and Contact Centre solutions while managing Meraki switches and wireless access points.
• VxRail Operations: Oversee VxRail Hyperconverged Infrastructure operations in Active-Active vSAN Stretched Clusters.
• Technical Escalations: Act as the senior lead for technical escalations from Service Desk Levels 1 and 2, providing expert-level support for complex technical issues.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior team members in troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in system administration.
• Hands-on experience with Citrix VDA, application deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in SCCM deployment, management, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of network and voice management, including SD-WAN, LAN, Cisco switching/routing.
• Experience with Webex Calling and Contact Centre administration.
• Proficiency in managing VxRail, vSAN, and VMware virtual servers.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle technical escalations effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
