Job description
UGL are looking for an Administrator to support one of our projects located in Perth. This is an all-rounded role in which you will provide administrative support in roster management, travel coordination, data entry and mobilisation compliance. This is a casual position.
About the role
Provide administration support to the project execution team.
Maintain an up-to-date site roster to ensure workforce visibility.
Process leave applications, PPE requests & expense claims.
Issue D&A notifications, in line with procedures and confidentiality guidelines
Manage employee training records to ensure all personnel qualifications remain up to date.
Work closely with recruitment and P&C to support the onboarding of new employees.
Coordinate travel for employees/management.
Mobilisation and demobilisation of employees and contractors to site.
Actively participate and promote continuous improvement within administration functions.
About you
Minimum 5 years’ experience in equivalent Administrative roles
Skilled practitioner in SAP
Advanced skills in MS Office suite, including Excel and MS Word
Working awareness of Procurement and Finance activities including requisition, purchase order creation, cost reporting, goods receipting and general financial awareness
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
Ability to work unsupervised or requiring minimal supervision
