Our client, an international manufacturing organisation are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team on a temp, part-time basis (9am - 3pm, Wednesday - Friday).
The Role
In this 3 day per week opportunity, you will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring accurate data entry into SAP
- Handling incoming phone and email enquiries from customers
- Resolving customer complaints
- Updating and maintaining customer records
- Providing ETA and shipping support
- Ad-hoc administrative duties

- Office 365 and ERP experience advantageous
- Strong customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong computer literacy and data entry skills
