Our client is a well-known Healthcare services organisation based in Melbourne's Inner City Suburbs, they are seeking a experienced Payroll Consultant to join their high performing Payroll services team on a permanent basis.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide first line customer service in response to employee enquiries and provide timely and accurate advice on payroll administration matters
- Provide administrative support to the Payroll Services team
- Under direction, undertake efficient, timely and accurate processing of payroll information and variations as required
- Ensure compliance with statutory and organisational requirements through adherence to relevant processes and controls
- Participate in process improvement and system enhancement initiatives in Payroll Services and broader HR Systems & Payroll Operations projects
