LJ Hooker Commercial Adelaide is highly recognised as one of the best in the field. We are a large multi award winning real estate agency and are now seeking an amazing Commercial Property Manager Administrator to assist our Commercial Property Management division.

We are extremely busy and looking for an energetic Commercial Property Management Administrator who aligns with our culture and demonstrates our core values of honesty, loyalty and integrity.

You will be genuinely passionate about the important role that a Commercial Property Management Administrator plays in helping clients. You will have outstanding communication and inter personal skills.

Qualifications/Experience/Skills required:-

• Commercial Property Management Administration experience preferred or similar experience
• Minimum intermediate level in all Microsoft Office applications 
• Experience with Commercial Property Management software is desirable
• High level of organisational, accuracy and time management skills
• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy employee 
• Demonstrated ability to ensure team cohesion and communicate effectively with all fellow employees, Directors and clients 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Duties include but not limited to:

• Receipt tenant rentals and outgoings
• Entering rents
• Account coding/ Entering accounts/ Processing accounts
• Making appointments for Director
• Dealing with email enquiries from tenants/landlords/contractors
• Compiling letters from Director/Property Managers
• Pay landlords, contractors & suppliers
• Entering in new properties/new leases/extensions/assignments
• Reviewing/entering CPI & fixed rates for Commercial Leases
• Reconciliations for various properties/ tenants payments
• Invoicing tenants
• Compiling monthly reports and as required
• Closing off for end of month processes

You will need a basic understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Previous experience or knowledge in the real estate industry would be favourably looked upon.

Positions located in Payneham and the Adelaide CBD.
