We bring our absolute best to everything we do.About the positionThe Human Resources (HR) Administrator operates within the newly created HR team, whose purpose is to develop, lead and deliver all elements of Human Resources within the business. The HR Administrator also works in close partnership with other teams to support key people functions, including HSE, Projects and Payroll.The teams have a strong process improvement and people experience focus, and are working to build and strengthen the overall HR and HSE functions within the business and position Brockman as a 'great place to work'.For further information regarding the position, please refer to the attached position description.   • Certificate III or above (completed or in progress) in HR, OHS/HSE, business or similar.
  • Previous administrative experience with evidence of a passionate approach to continuous improvement.
  • Highly comfortable with systems and technology, with an ability learn systems and processes quickly and optimise their use for the business.
  • Self-directed; identify priorities and demonstrate flexibility.
  • Able to identify business needs and develop solutions.
  • Very strong written & verbal communication skills; accuracy is essential.
  • Exposure to a blue-collar workforce will be highly regarded.
  • Previous use of an HRIS or HSE system will be well-regarded but is not essential.
