About the Role:
The Administrator will work with the Eloise Operations team to facilitate and coordinate the orderly execution of administrative tasks and duties at the Eloise Copper Mine.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of employees and contractor personnel, including inductions and site access requirements.
- Coordinate commercial and charter flight arrangements and accommodation requirements.
- Data entry and assisting with payroll.
- Assist with purchase orders and accounts receipting.
- Provide general administration support to project management, the Site Services Supervisor and Senior HR Officer.
- Maintain and update administrative records and databases.
- Manage office supplies and equipment maintenance.
- Handle correspondence, including email and phone calls.
- Undertaking the town run (taking staff to and from town) as required.
Roster and Accommodation:
The role follows a 4/3 FIFO roster from Townsville only (other locations will not be considered), with bus commuting options available for local candidates from Cloncurry and surrounding communities. Onsite accommodation and meals are provided at the Eloise Copper Mine.
About You:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the mining or resources sector.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration preferred.
- Advanced MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Maintains a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Safety-conscious individual.
