They are seeking an Administrator - Inventory to join their team, a collaborative team player, who is adaptable, proactive approach, and can work autonomously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
You will be confident, resourceful, and have great organisational skills. You will also be well-rounded, and enjoy a flair for numbers, client communication, there is so much variety in this role!
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support
- Execute data entry tasks, prepare documents, and maintain accurate record-keeping systems.
- Handle office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling.
- Coordinate with freight companies to facilitate the timely dispatch of goods, ensuring seamless logistics operations.
