Our 3 Dealerships in the Murraylands and Mount Barker provide solid foundations of pre-owned vehicles along with 10 strong franchises being Mazda, Ford, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Subaru, Volkswagen, GWM Haval, Isuzu and RAM.
We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Accounts Administrator within our Dutton Mitsubishi, Hyundai and RAM dealership.
Role and Responsibilities may include:
- Daily banking, bank reconciliation
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Vehicle stock control, deal delivery preparation and deal processing
- Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements
- General Ledger control, journals and account reconciliations
- Backup reception and other administration tasks.
About you:
- Fast learner, conscientious with a strong work ethic
- Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Work well in teams, but with ability to work independently
- Excellent computer skills including Excel and accounting software
- Take initiative and ability to problem solve
- Great interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- Previous experience in senior administration and/or accounting background essential.
