Key responsibilities
- Invoicing Customers
- Raising purchase orders
- Managing time and attendance for production staff
- Technician clock on set up and maintenance
- Assisting with system implantation
- Sale Administration duties
- General Administration duties
- Assisting Sales Manager
About You
- Minimum 5 years administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organisation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
