About the role
The People Support Centre (PSC) team have a 12-month max term opening for an Administrator on a 5-2 roster based at the Remote Operations Centre at Perth Airport.
Working as part of the Roy Hill Human Resources team, the People Support Centre is the hub for all transactional work related to an employee life cycle. In this role you'll be assisting in the coordination of the transactional activities generated by the PSC and HR representatives. You will act as a subject matter expert in the preparation, review, and processing of all related paperwork, and provide top class administration support in the delivery of timely processes.
This opportunity is offered on a 12-month max term contract arrangement.
Duties
- Monitor and manage the People Support Centre (PSC) inbox.
- Monitor and manage the task admin queues in the PSC portal.
- Draft all employee documentation including letters, and contracts in HROnboard.
- Provide employee roster transition calculators and plans.
- Action all Employee Notification emails.
- File all Employee documentation aligned to a request to the DMS.
- Provide support, advice, and guidance to HR reps on all relevant transactional activities.
- Assist to close out outstanding actions prior to payroll close.
- Collate weekly employee exits and send out exit survey where required.
Skills and experience
- Prior experience working in a high-volume administration role with experience in document creation or processes.
- Experience drafting and amending contracts of employment highly desired.
- Experience with Word, Excel, and other Microsoft suite of applications.
- Experience in the following systems is highly desirable: SAP, Success Factors, HROnboard.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan, organise and establish own work priorities to meet multiple and conflicting deadlines.
- Degree or Certificate IV in Human Resources or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
- Experience implementing new systems and processes highly desirable.
