OPPORTUNITY

POSITION SUMMARY

You'll support company operations by aiding the QA & WHS Manager, maintaining project management databases, and contributing to business optimisation projects. This role reports to the Office Manager. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Supports Quality Assurance (QA) & Work Health and Safety (WHS) Manager with internal auditing and reporting  
  • Data entry, maintenance and oversight for Project Management data base software  
  • Clerical support  
  • Assisting Managers by optimising and digitising processes   
  • Operation of office equipment and publishing of reports for distribution, including proof reading  
  • Maintenance of supplies and equipment for the work area  
  • Assistance in keeping the work area clean and tidy 
  • Maintains office services by organising office operations and procedures; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.  
  • Assist with telephone answering and receptionist duties when required 
  • Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement  
  • Supports administration staff job by coaching, counselling; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.  
  • Maintenance of supplies and equipment for the work area  
  • Preparation of financial reports as requested by Directors.  
  • Assistance in keeping the work area clean and tidy. 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS 

  • Training in QA & WHS auditing is essential   
  • Experience working with Workflow Max or equivalent Project Management software is advantageous  
  • Proficiency in data entry and word processing  
  • Ability to manage the control of documentation  
  • Ability to provide assistance with other administrative duties  
  • Ability to manage administration staff  
  • Good planning and organisational skills.  
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.  
  • Professional appearance and manner.  
  • Computer literacy is a key. Demonstrated experience using software to help with business optimisation   
  • Proficiency using MS Word and Excel for Windows.  
  • Ability to negotiate effectively.  
  • Ability to provide assistance with other administrative duties  

ADELAIDE OFFICE 

Our Adelaide office is centrally located in the CBD, and it is the headquarters for our national business across Australia. We have just moved into a newly renovated building in 2023 and are enjoying the modern décor and professional environment. In addition, the basement level is dedicated to meeting rooms, training facilities, and a large central space for socialising and networking. It is a great party space for daily lunches, company meetings, and parties.
