AHR Builders are a custom residential builder based in Langwarrin with projects throughout the Mornington Peninsula, Bayside, Phillip Island. Specialising in single to multi occupancy builds from planning through to completion.
Qualifications & experience
- Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably within Residential Construction or similar industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite especially excel and familiarity with Databuild or similar.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact for client enquiries and correspondence, providing timely and professional responses.
- Maintain organised filing systems for easy access to essential documents and records.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and callups and maintain communication with relevant suppliers throughout the process.
- Compile and maintain pre-site, on-site and maintenance work in progress reports and distribute internally and externally as directed.
- Liaise with suppliers and trades to obtain quotes for upcoming projects.
