Job DescriptionThe Cushman & Wakefield Service Desk Team are responsible for creating, scheduling and managing the jobs to deliver a range of trade services to client’s property portfolio nationwide. Works includes reactive and planned maintenance, contractor management, minor and project works. A unique exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated, and highly organised individual to join our team of Administrators/Schedulers dispatching field staff and technicians to service our valued clients.
About the role:Point of contact via phone, email and portal for customer inquiries, POC residential & corporate account clients
Administration tasksScheduling and reallocating jobs for trade servicesTimely and accurate communication and coordination of jobs according to priority levels and customer expectations.To be successful in this role you must:Have demonstrated experience in SimPRO (or similar job management software) and Microsoft Office.Experience in scheduling and dispatch…
