Job DescriptionThe Cushman & Wakefield Service Desk Team are responsible for creating, scheduling and managing the jobs to deliver a range of trade services to client’s property portfolio nationwide. Works includes reactive and planned maintenance, contractor management, minor and project works. A unique exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated, and highly organised individual to join our team of Administrators/Schedulers dispatching field staff and technicians to service our valued clients.
About the role:Point of contact via phone, email and portal for customer inquiries, POC residential & corporate account clients
