The role
We are seeking a Scheduling Administrator to join their esteemed team. Reporting to the Manager, you will be the key liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth flow of operations.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Act as reliable point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders
- Keep accurate records of schedules, bookings, and related documents
- Input scheduling information into Excel spreadsheets
- Coordinate and communicate frequently with key stakeholders
- Order and restock office supplies, assist in general office administration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise operational processes
- Handle other ad hoc duties as required
Skills & Experience
- Rostering/scheduling experience
- Proficient in Excel for data manipulation
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Collaborative and adaptable
