NES Fircroft are working with a Drilling Equipment & Services company specialising in Underground Mining who are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join their team at Perth Airport.Job Title: Administrator for the Sales TeamLocation: Perth Airport (Free Parking)Roster: Monday to FridayHours: 8 hour days (8am - 4pm)Start Date: ASAPLength of contract: Initial 3 month contract (Temp to permanent)Pay Rate / Experience: Junior - IntermediateResponsibilities:
- Support the Sales team (administrative duties, record keeping and filing)
- Communication with customers and Key Customer Managers including general office administration and support
- Respond to all enquiries and take appropriate actions
- Open and close internal and external service jobs
- Contract administration including SAP data entry, processing stocktakes and running Goods in Transit reports
- Contract reporting and Invoicing
- Maintain Work in Progress
- Purchasing, Travel and General administration
- High level of computer literacy - specifically Excel
- A background in and understanding of sales/contracts administration practices and data entry
- Highly developed attention to detail
- A strong ability and desire to solve problems
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to find common ground with people approaching tasks from differing perspectives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exposure to mining and related industries will be well-regarded
