About the Role
In this varied role you will be responsible for, but not limited to,
- Provide administrative support to the site management team and wider team as needed
- Maintain document management system
- Prepare and collate weekly time sheets
- Raise purchase orders
- Create supplier forms
- Assist with processing of invoices and reconciling against day dockets.
- Process credit applications
- Other ad hoc duties as required
- FIFO roster position 19/9 (2 weekends at home)
- Inputting data from daily reports and updating master documents for direct hours, indirect hours, machine hours, sub-contractors.
- Understanding of contract setups and progress claims reconciling.
About You
- Previous Admin experience preferably in the construction industry
- JDE experience highly regarded
- Ability to effectively prioritise and manage assigned workload
- Be an effective team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office
- Previous FIFO Site Administrator experience
- Basic understanding of construction activities.
