Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our workshop staff.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones and responding to emails in a professional manner.
- Greeting and liaising with customers and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, including client information and inventory.
- Maintaining office supplies and amenities.
- Entering purchase invoices with accuracy and assist with end of month supplier reconciliations.
- Dropping off customers and collecting parts from suppliers when necessary.
- Provide administrative support to workshop manager and technicians as required.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Computer skills, including reasonable knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently but also as part of a team.
- Experience in the automotive or mechanical industry is a plus but not required.
