Free onsite parking About the role:
Planning and allocating drivers
Assisting with logistics / routes
Assisting with safety precautions and procedures
Liasing with drivers and customers via phone and email
Recording information on Excel spreadsheets
Assisting with everyday office tasks About the individual:
Previous administrative experience
Safety Focused
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in MS office suite, particularly around Excel
Ability to pick up new information and eager to learn
Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems
A good attitude and able to work autonomously once fully trained
