This role is a temporary position for 3 months, with a possibility of permanency following this period. The role includes a rotating roster from Monday-Friday, 38hrs per week - with start times no earlier than 7am and finish times no later than 5pm. Paying $34.58 per hour.
About the role:
In this role you will provide administrative support in a fast-paced environment. This role has a high amount of paperwork that needs to be processed and requires attention to detail and accurate data entry.
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Dealing with complaints regarding services and providing solutions
- Rebooking of missed services
- Monitor & respond to email in shared mailboxes
- Booking scheduled services
- Dispute resolution
- Updating services with new information
About the individual:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced admin environment,
- Previous call centre experience
- Experience office 365
- Good time management
- High level attention to detail
- Ability to think outside of the box
- Experience in a similar role
- A medical check and drug and alcohol test will be required before commencing in the role
