A unique opportunity has arisen for a confident, outgoing and customer-focused individual to join our friendly administration team in the position of Administrator in our Geotechnical Division based in Malaga.

As a Administrator, your duties will include:
- Attending to internal and external customers' general enquiries.
- Responding to incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate internal contacts.
- Booking jobs according to the clients' requirements.
- Scheduling Fieldwork and updating of Staff Calendars.
- Collating and dispatching completed jobs.
- Preparing and issuing quotes to clients and liaising with clients regularly.
- Data entry.
- Preparing invoices using appropriate pricing schedules.
- Attending meetings & preparing minutes as required.
- Document Management.
- Other general administrative duties.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for that outstanding candidate who has a keen eye for detail, is confident, outgoing and customer focused with a 'can-do' and self-motivated attitude.
The successful applicant will also demonstrate:
- Polite and pleasant telephone manner;
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Intermediate computing skills including the ability to use the Microsoft Suite of Applications and basic data entry skills.
- Prior experience within an engineering/construction company will be viewed favourably..
