We are currently seeking a motivated and proactive Administration person to join our team on a permanent or part-time basis.
About the Role:
A very exciting opportunity has opened to join the OZTEC team in an Administration role. We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our successful team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing client relationships and communication
- Payroll processing
- Data entry for purchases, receiving and quotes
- Liaising with team members, customers and suppliers as required
- General administrative duties as required including answering and directing calls, mail processing, scanning and office amenity needs
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience within a similar role
- Strong technical and soft skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and positive work ethic
