Administrator/Customer Service
Citywide are recruiting for an Administrator/Customer Serviceofficer to support our Commercial Waste business based on Dynon Road. This is a fast-paced and varied role that will see you liaising with operational team members, managers, client representatives and suppliers.

Duties of the role include but are not limited to:
- Reviewing and processing incoming work requests and updating clients.
- Assisting with reporting and setting up new customers.
- Raising, processing and receipting invoices.
- Raising Purchase Orders for all depot purchases.
- Processing monthly reports.
- Processing vendor applications.
- Record keeping and monthly reporting.
- Dealing with customer enquiries over the phone and via email.
- General Administration duties such as answering phone calls, mail etc. as required.
- Processing daily run sheets and driver debriefs.
- Monitor the shared admin inbox.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced administration role
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Experience in Waste Services an advantage
- Experience in data preparation
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Able to prioritise tasks
- Strong work ethic and team focus
