Join our five-star plumbing company as an Administrative Assistant.
We're dedicated to providing exceptional services and are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to support our daily operations.
The role will be eight hours per day from 10 am - 6 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Make bookings via phone, email and SMS
- Respond to email correspondence
- Data entry
- Xero
- Debt Collection
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administration assistant
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Must have bookkeeping experience with Xero
- Must have your own computer and phone
Highly Regarded:
- Previous experience in plumbing administration or real estate administration
- Experience with Tradify
- Experience using excel
- Experience using gmail
- A keen eye for detail
All training will be done remotely over Zoom, and applicants from all over Australia will be accepted.
