Permanent role - Experienced Administrator/Customer Service professional required for international company based in the CBD.
We are recruiting for an experienced Administrator/Customer Service Office to join a very friendly, highly collaborative team based in the CBD.
After a training period, hybrid working arrangements are offered. One day at home, four days in the office.
Duties will include:
- Providing a range of different information to customers on products and specifications to customers both over the telephone and online.
- Processing orders efficiently and updating customers on product availability as required.
- Assisting with any after sales issues, helping trouble shoot and solve problems where necessary.
- Updating customer information, order progress, pricing and quotes
- Effectively communicating and partnering with internal customers and other departments to provide the best customer experience possible.
- Working with all relevant stake holders on order processing/
- delivery/supply issues.
- Assisting Customers with the use of the online tech support system and pricing tools.
