Alternate role for applicant with bookkeeping experience may also be available.
We are seeking a highly organized and reliable person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendar and schedule appointments
- Handle emails and other correspondence including occasional phone calls
- Prepare reports as needed
- Assist with reconciling reports
- Manage confidential information with discretion
- Supporting team members as required
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor and ability to represent the firm in a positive manner
