About the Role
Our business is expanding and we are looking for a suitably qualified professional to join us as an Admissions Officer at our Adelaide Campus.
As a part of our Student Recruitment and Admissions Team, you will play an important part in inspiring the next generation of Beauty Therapists to dream and become the creators of the Future of Beauty.
This full-time role reports to our Admissions & Reporting Manager with a core focus on assisting our students throughout the admissions and enrolment process and ensuring their records are complete and ready for graduation. Accurate data entry, system administration and correspondence with students and teachers are key areas of the role.
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience working in a similar customer-service and administration-focused role
- An understanding of the VET sector, RTO compliance, South Australia State Funding compliance, ASQA standards (highly regarded but not essential)
- Experience in working with Student Management System (SMS) and Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM) highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on minimising errors and proactively identifying potential issues, especially relating to preparation of Government reporting requirements
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and activities across all of the Academy's information technology systems
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and a range of computer-based applications
- The ability to learn the unique systems and processes integral to the student enrolment and management process

- Process-driven and analytical, thriving in interpreting, processing and analysing data
- Excellent customer service skills and professional phone manner with an ability to build a strong rapport and engage conflict resolution
- Ability to show initiative and demonstrate a solution-focused approach to best support our students and staff
- Motivated, enthusiastic team player with ability to work autonomously
- Flexible, adaptable and willing to take up any challenge that comes your way
