In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals and families during crucial life transitions, offering them exceptional customer service, expert sales guidance, and unwavering support.
- Manage a high volume of inquiries from families and healthcare providers, demonstrating exceptional communication.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of success in sales, with the ability to nurture leads, build relationships, and convert inquiries into sales effectively.
- Continuously improve the admissions processes for both sales products to enable consistent and sellable experiences for consumers and continue to be efficient with processes internally.
- Conduct comprehensive tours and arrange clinical assessments, ensuring a thorough understanding of each resident's needs and preferences.
- Secure admissions and efficiently handle all necessary paperwork, maintaining accuracy and adhering to all legal requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with on-site teams, including clinical managers and carers, fostering open communication and teamwork to ensure a smooth transition for residents and their families.
- Provide various sales reports and financial/KPI documents as required by the business.
- Must have up-to-date covid-19 vaccinations and Flu shot.
- Prior experience in Aged Care admissions or a related field (ideally 6-12 months minimum) is required.
- In-depth understanding of the Aged Care system and relevant regulations, demonstrating a commitment to ethical and compassionate care.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, enabling you to build trust, navigate complex situations, and provide effective solutions.
- You are compassionate and have an empathetic approach, fostering trust and understanding with families during a sensitive time in their lives.
