And if your career goals change, you’ll be empowered to change roles with training and internal mobility.ABOUT YOUIn this role, you will assist in the development and implementation of Internal Communications strategies that enhance The Perth Mint employees’ connection and engagement with our purpose, values, corporate strategy and key business projects.Your role as an Advisor Internal Communications will involve:Lead the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic and tactical internal and external communications plans and initiatives related to GC internal affairs - linking the internal and external components together – and coordinating delivery with other Corporate Affairs team membersProvide communications advice, guidance and support to Executives, General Managers and Senior Leaders to develop communications strategies and messages that support the achievement of overall business goalsDevelop and produce of communication materials consistent with brand and in alignment with corporate objectives and prioritiesWrite a range of materials including communications plans, briefing materials, updates, talking points and CEO/SLT messagesDevelop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholdersFacilitate effective working relationships between communications resources across the team, producing communication frameworks, strategies and tactical plans and materials for business and project outcomesCollaborate effectively with Employee Communications PartnerEXPERIENCEBachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism or Public RelationsExperience in an Internal Communications, communications or public relations roleStrong written communication skills, and stakeholder managementExcellent time managementAbility and desire to work in a collaborative team and environmentOur Benefits:Flexible work including purchased leave, leave at half pay and access to pro-rata long service leavePaid and unpaid parental leaveTraining and developmentCompetitive salaries and employee discountsCharity and volunteer initiativesIncome protection after an accident or illnessHealth and wellness programs, including an Employee Assistance ProgramSalary sacrifice – superannuation contributions.So go on, make your mark.
