We are currently seeking a passionate Internal Communications Advisor to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Be Working On
As an Internal Communications Advisor, you will be responsible for leading and delivering creative communication strategies that enhance workforce awareness and engagement with the City of Armadale. Reporting to the Communications and Engagement Lead, you will contribute to the City's vision by developing and implementing internal communication plans and collateral that align with our values and objectives.
- Design and implement effective internal communication initiatives and campaigns to foster a sense of belonging and pride among employees.
- Collaborate with teams to develop targeted communication approaches that meet the diverse needs of our workforce.
- Manage the design, development, and production of internal communication materials.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
- Research and implement new communication techniques and tools to enhance engagement and understanding.
- Monitor and report on the outcomes of communication activities to drive continuous improvement.
About You
- Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear and engaging content.
- Experience in developing and implementing internal communication strategies.
- Knowledge of digital platforms and tools for communication and engagement.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive and innovative mindset with a focus on delivering results.
