We are seeking highly motivated experienced Aerodrome Reporting and Work Safety Officers to join the Oz Airports Team.
Successful Candidates will be responsible for maintaining compliance of the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations and to ensure the safety and protection of the airport infrastructure and all airport users.
The successful applicant will possess:- Aviation background and knowledge essential
- An Aerodrome Reporting and Work Safety Officer qualification essential
- CASA Aircraft Radiotelephone Operator Certificate (AROC) of Proficiency
- At least 12 months experience as an ARO or WSO essential
- A current C class driver’s licence
- A National Police Certificate (within the last month)
- A Construction Industry White Card
- ASIC - Aviation Security Identification Card
- Previous experience managing airside safety
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of the team when required
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying potential safety hazards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Only candidates with full working rights in Australia will be considered
