About the role:
- After hours shift work
- Routinely utilise the established mechanisms, including customer scheduling system, technical solutions and documentation systems to ensure that rosters are planned and distributed at minimum of 3 weeks in advance for employees.
- Develop best fit schedules for clients and optimise rosters for employees and programs.
- Monitor rosters and schedules to ensure that support is delivered to customers that reflects the customers Schedule of Supports (SOS) and Service Agreement.
- Communicate updates and inform employees of shift allocations & changes
- Be the direct point of contact for Support Workers after hours in relation to roster management and service delivery
- Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members.
- Roster/Schedule within the guidelines of the SCHADS award.
You’ll be a Scheduler who is driven to make a change in the lives of those in the community through enabling their independence and well-being. You’ll be confident working autonomously within a community care based setting and demonstrate:
- Demonstrated experience in scheduling in a dynamic, fast paced, system focused environment
- Collaboration, negotiation and resolution skills to effectively resolve matters.
- Time management, organisational and prioritisation skills to meet concurrent deadlines
- Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to apply initiative in the work environment
- Working with Children (Blue Card)

- Current Drivers’ License
