Salary Package: up to 75K + Super
Our client is looking for a talented AFTER-HOURS TRAVEL SPECIALIST to join their dynamic team!
THE ROLE
• Manage all client travel requirements, including air, hotel and ground transportation
• Resolve client complaints with exceptional customer service
• Deal with emergency travel scenarios, changes and travel resolution
• Negotiate the best rates and deals from vendors to reduce client expenditure

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
• Strong knowledge of airfares, contracted fares, ticketing, and reissues
• Experience within a 24-hour department in the Travel Industry
• Proficient in booking flights, hotels, and a good understanding of published airfares
• Ability to work independently or within a team
