About the role
WesTrac is seeking an experienced leader to join the Customer Solutions team in the position of Aftermarket Solutions Manager.
Reporting to the General Manager – Customer Solutions, the Aftermarket Solutions Manager will be responsible for continuing to grow WesTrac’s market share in our component and flexi parts businesses through the development and implementation of effective go to market strategies.
In addition to leading a medium sized team consisting of sales representatives and planning personnel, this role will focus on leading collaboration internally and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a high performing team to achieve strategic objectives
- Develop and deliver strategies to grow revenue and market share
- Leverage understanding of the market and competitor offerings to further define Westrac’s unique value propositions
- Ensure outstanding customer experience to drive loyalty and growth
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to collaborate cross-functionally
- Manage effective use of inventory and working capital to deliver effective solutions
- Report progress against strategic objectives and adjust processes as required
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to develop go to market strategies and increase market share in key categories
- Familiarity with aftermarket products and/or aftermarket service offerings in the heavy industry
- Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, engineering or similar
