MCT Group, established in 2019, operating within the motor car industry specialising in buying cars Australia wide. We provide our customers with a trusted alternative to selling their car, removing the stress and time it typically takes to sell privately. We pride ourselves on honest, fair and trusted customer service when dealing with every customer.
We are a new business, currently selling 300-350 cars per month, and looking to capitalise on market opportunity, and our projected growth will be significant over the next 12-24 months. The right candidate for this role will be a key pillar to the growth and success of MCT's new journey.
Position Overview:
As Aftermarket/Car Care Manager for Cars4us, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for providing expert guidance to our valued customers on car care and aftercare products. This role has a competitive salary plus commission structure on offer. Your role will involve:
- Engaging with customers to understand their car care needs, working with them step by step and recommending appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
- Ensuring a seamless and enjoyable customer experience, building long-lasting relationships, and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Presenting a wide range of vehicle protection products and showcasing the benefits to the customer.
- Responding in a timely and professional manner to all aftermarket enquiries.
- Maximising sales to achieve targets and set KPIs.
- Maintaining an accurate and up to date sales log.
- Collaborating with and developing good relationships with other departments to ensure a seamless process for our customers.
- Updating customers on the progress of their vehicle and offering exceptional post sale support.

- Available to work on Saturdays.
