Stretton Park is a welcoming residential Aged Care home with 46 places.
Reporting to the Director Aged Care Services, you will provide leadership and operational management to the Stretton Park team, delivering excellence in residential care, leisure and lifestyle, food and environment.
Be a leader in a community where people are supported to live their best lives, choosing from a wide range of activities and opportunities with family and community groups, including play group and supported cafe staff.
Your responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, maintaining accreditation standards and compliance with relevant legislation, managing the team and facilitating ancillary services.
Experience in Health, Aged Care or Community Care with proven leadership ability is essential. A strong commitment to excellence and continuous quality improvement is a must.
