About the Role:
The position of Senior Manager - Aged Care Services will provide strong and supportive leadership across the organisation and more specifically to our Aged Care and Community Transport team.
The role will lead a passionate and diverse team to support the delivery of high quality services in line with the Intereach values with the aim of assisting older people to remain well, independent and socially engaged with their community.
The successful candidate will be a values-driven leader with experience within the Aged Care, Health Care or Community Services sector. You will have an in depth knowledge of the Aged Care sector, a record of success in establishing and delivering quality direct services, with the ability to form effective partnerships for the benefit of community, clients and the organisation.
This position is full time – 38hrs per week and can be based at any Intereach location.
This position has been classified under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award 2010 as a Level 8.1 with an annual salary of $120,331 + Superannuation + Salary Packaging.
