As a Sales-Focused Agency Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our business development and placement efforts while inspiring your team to reach new heights. We're seeking a motivated leader who can blend recruitment expertise with a strong sales acumen to make a significant impact on our 5 year plan.

Business Development: Proven experience in sales with a track record of creating markets and bringing on clients
Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and lead a team to success as well as creating a dynamic culture where targets are set and achieved
Client Relationship Building: Strong relationship-building skills for cross-selling and client retention
Commitment to Excellence: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a relentless focus on client satisfaction and team engagement
Industry Experience: A solid foundation in recruitment and business development across Perm and Temp
SOME OF WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive the outbound sales efforts of the business, setting and achieving ambitious KPIs for the team
- Manage the Permanent and Temp divisions
- Identify, pursue and build new market segments, exploring growth opportunities within existing client bases
- Inspire and lead a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are not only met but exceeded
