Our Next ‘Horticulture’ Agronomist:
This role will suit the results driven orientated sales professional who is highly capable of building relationships through exceptional customer service as the authentic trusted advisor.
You need a “can do” attitude, energy and great people skills, along with a high level of resilience, attention to detail and the ability to demonstrate the following skills:
- Influencer: Throughout the farming community, including broadacre, viticulturalist, horticulturist and small farm.
- Team Player: Work with the team to achieve a common goal.
- Curious: Asking the right questions to provide the right response, thinking outside the box.
- Outcome focused: Ability to identify new opportunities and gain further breadth of connectivity with existing customers.
- Technical: Ability to work with farmers on technical solutions to maximise outcomes.
The Person:
The right team member for this role lives from CURIOSITY – You are passionate about the success of farmers and food production for the overall health of consumers. Most importantly, you want to be part of the team that will make a TRUE DIFFERENCE!
You can demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrated high level of customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Experience in agricultural sales will be highly regarded.
- A genuine desire to work in an exciting forefront business.
- Tertiary qualification in agricultural science, agronomy, or rural technology.
- The ability to work independently while being part of a developing team.
- Reliability, strong organisational skills, and accountability.
- This role will include significant regional travel and a full valid Australian Driving License is essential.
