AGnVET RURAL is a leading independent agribusiness specialising in retail agricultural distribution located across 8 locations in North NSW and Queensland.

We are pleased to announce we have vacancies for passionate and driven Agronomists, including Graduates to join our committed teams and gain from the prosperous farming communities throughout Northwest NSW and Queensland.

These roles are focused primarily on Broadacre, Legumes, sugarcane and Pasture agronomy depending on location whilst creating and maintaining profitable relationships with customers, including sales of Company services and products. An enthusiasm to learn and compliment our teams providing customer profit focused agribusiness solutions is desired. 

As a member of a proactive and multi-skilled team, candidates must be able to demonstrate: 

•                Proven experience in broadacre or horticultural agronomy. 

•                Knowledge of crop chemical, seed, fertiliser and general merchandise products. 

•                Ability to perform without supervision, and as part of a team. 

•                Knowledge of the rural industry. 

•                The ability to build and maintain relationships. 

•                Excellent communication skills. 

The use of industry specific software programs will be required, so a high level of communication skills, technical knowledge and computer know-how is paramount. 

Appropriate tertiary qualifications are essential.
